A great listener, doesn’t crack under pressure and composed in all kinds of sticky situations. She was also a writer and an animator at different points in her life!
When she’s not on set or at meetings, you can find her on her road bike catching sunrises or making herself a cuppa on her Flair machine.

She’s always looking for new stories to tell and new ways to tell stories. When she’s not creating, she can be found dancing or taking her furkids to the beach or on hikes.

Hello! We are Xiaohui and Freda, the women behind TINKR Studios.
Our story began back in 2013 when we first dabbled with 3D printing and started the company in Xiaohui’s parents’ HDB flat – with little more than a Makerbot 3D printer (bought on impulse), a sketchbook and a big vision. We knew we wanted to bring design and technology to everyday life.
Fast forward a couple of merry years and the company found its feet. In 2016, our small but growing studio decided to channel our combined expertise on 3D design, animation, film production, event branding and experiential marketing into a one-stop shop. We started creating content for live shows for corporate giants like Walt Disney, HP, IBM, SAP, Credit Suisse, Maybank with our partners and agencies.
Today, TINKR Studios is a creative production partner to brands big and small, from various industries, and the agencies that support us. Stationed right here in the sunny island of Singapore, we create end-to-end content and experiences for social media, TV and for users across any device, event or platform. We proudly employ a multi-disciplinary approach of combining live, stop-motion, 3D and 2D animation in our work.
